Job Title:   Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician Department:   Maintenance and Utilities FLSA:   Exempt Location:   Suwanee, GA  ​ Position Summary ​ The Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician for Plant Operations is responsible for overseeing and performing building maintenance and repairs within campus and grounds. This role requires knowledge and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to oversee contractors to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and safely.
