The Superintendent - Maintenance leads a team of mechanical, electrical, and controls technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment.  This person is responsible for the overall safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and cost management of the maintenance effort. Key areas of responsibility include: KPI monitoring & management; management & adherence to environmental & occupational health and safety programs; maintenance cost analysis & improvement plans; multi-year major maintenance & capital planning; overall maintenance and reliability improvement plans. This person will interface between operations, engineering, environmental / health & safety, and contract maintenance groups.  The superintendent also works to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
