Mainthia Technologies Is seeking an individual to fill a position of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Manager for a Government Support Service Contract.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following:
The RCM Manager will be proficient in the use of all Condition Based Maintenance and Predictive Testing and Inspection equipment, the associated software, and digital storage and interpretation of the associated data.
The RCM manager shall be proficient in the use of Maximo and control data archives (such as Siemens Info Center, AMBB Software, Building Automation Systems, PI, PI Vision and other CBM Technologies)
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Monitor and analyze the RCM program, including CBM data, to identify impending equipment failures, optimize maintenance quality, timeliness of maintenance, system reliability, and overall program effectiveness.
• Monitor asset and overall system performance, and initiate actions to resolve operational deficiencies, improve performance, and increase reliability along with make recommendations to the Government for CBM and CM instrumenting opportunities.
• At the request of the Government, investigate equipment failures and determine the actions necessary to prevent or mitigate similar future failures.
• Investigate multiple failures on individual pieces of equipment.
• Perform root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and failure trend analyses on equipment which experiences failure.
