The Camp Maintenance Technician is an essential community member of passionate educators and learners. To support a positive work and education environment, the Camp Maintenance Technician, working under the direction of the Hancock Field Station Manager, provides effective care, repair, and maintenance of camp buildings, grounds, and equipment at Hancock Field Station outside Fossil, Oregon.
A successful incumbent recognizes, mitigates, and responds to hazards to ensure a healthy and safe program for all participants and provides general maintenance, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and gas /electric appliances and systems for all camp buildings including staff housing.
