In this role, you will lead the maintenance team in ensuring equipment reliability while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating timely repairs to support production needs.   This position plays a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, product quality, and overall plant productivity while reinforcing a strong culture of safety and operational excellence. Leveraging industrial maintenance expertise, this position will support the sales, marketing, development, and delivery of specialized technical training programs for manufacturing and industrial applications, while also overseeing related projects. A key component of the role includes business development and the cultivation of strong employer partnerships. Some travel and occasional work outside standard hours may be required to meet departmental needs.
