We are seeking a  Maintenance Supervisor  to join our  Waynesboro, MS  lumber facility. In this role, you will lead the maintenance team in ensuring equipment reliability while driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the operation. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating timely repairs to support production needs.   This position plays a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, product quality, and overall plant productivity while reinforcing a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
