Maintenance Manager:   Direct supervision of maintenance team and day to day maintenance operations.  Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and President.  Maintenance activities are executed in a safe manner to improve reliability of machinery, reduce downtime, care for buildings and grounds and ultimately to improve the quality of product.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee complete maintenance program including documented maintenance programs supporting plant safety, SQF, GMPs, etc.  Repairs of food processing equipment as well as facility maintenance.
